By creating a FactoryOS account or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Govinda Solutions Pvt Ltd ("FactoryOS").
FactoryOS provides a software-as-a-service platform for manufacturers including: a buyer portal builder, leads inbox, CRM pipeline, proposal tool, intelligence feed, and email automation. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
You may use FactoryOS only for lawful business purposes. You must not: use the service to send spam, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, use the service to store or transmit illegal content, or share your account credentials with unauthorised parties.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a renewal reminder 7 days before each renewal.
If payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace period during which your account continues normally. After 7 days without payment, your account will be suspended. Your data is retained for 30 days after suspension.
You may cancel at any time from Dashboard > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Please see our Refund Policy. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the billing date. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.
You own your data. We process it only to deliver the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The FactoryOS platform is owned by Govinda Solutions Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the platform.
FactoryOS is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
