In 2024, our agency was building websites for manufacturing clients across Pune, Mumbai, and Rajkot. The pattern was the same every time: a beautiful website went live, the owner shared the link on WhatsApp, and then nothing. No leads. No system to track enquiries. No way to follow up.
The problem was not the website. The problem was that a static website is just a brochure. What manufacturers actually needed was a live operating system: something that captured every enquiry, tracked every deal, and helped them send professional proposals without hiring a sales team.
We built FactoryOS to solve that problem. We launched in 2025 and today manufacturers across India use it to run their entire front-office: portal, leads, CRM, proposals, and intelligence.
Sorted Agency is a digital products and marketing company founded by Dhiraj Palekar in Pune. We build software products and run digital campaigns for growth-stage businesses across India and the US.
FactoryOS operates as a standalone product under Govinda Solutions Pvt Ltd, our registered entity in Pune, Maharashtra.
Every manufacturer in India, regardless of size, should have a professional digital presence that works as hard as they do. A portal that ranks on Google. A pipeline that never misses a lead. Proposals that look like they came from a global company.
We are building that platform, one factory at a time.
We are a distributed team of 15 to 40 people across Pune and remote. Our engineering team is in Pune. Product, design, and go-to-market teams work across time zones. We move fast, ship often, and talk directly to the manufacturers who use our product.
