FactoryOS offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Monthly subscriptions are charged in advance. If you cancel within the first 48 hours of a new billing period, you may request a full refund for that month. After 48 hours, the monthly charge is non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the service for more than 24 consecutive hours, you are entitled to a prorated credit for the affected period. Extended outages may qualify for a full monthly refund.
One-time add-on pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been applied to your account.
