FactoryOS is operated by Govinda Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
When you sign up, we collect your email address. We use OTP-based login (no password stored). We do not store passwords.
To create your portal and manage your business, we collect: company name, industry, city, phone number, WhatsApp number, product information, and optionally GSTIN, MSME number, IEC code, and address. This data is used only to power your FactoryOS account.
When your buyers submit enquiries through your portal, we collect their contact information on your behalf. This data belongs to you. We process it only to deliver the service.
We collect analytics about how your portal is used: page views, session IDs, device type, and UTM parameters. We do not collect individual visitor identities without a form submission.
Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (USD). We do not store card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details. All payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service.
All customer data is stored in Supabase's Mumbai data center (ap-south-1), physically within India. We use row-level security to ensure complete data isolation between accounts.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, data is retained for 30 days before being archived. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
