25% of the plan subscription amount, excluding taxes. For a Starter client at ₹1,499/mo: you earn ₹375/mo. For a Growth client at ₹4,999/mo: you earn ₹1,250/mo. If they upgrade, your commission increases automatically. If they downgrade or cancel, it adjusts accordingly.
No. As long as your referred client remains a paying subscriber, you earn commission. There's no time limit, a client you refer today could be paying you commission three years from now.
Yes. FactoryOS works for manufacturers globally and accepts USD payments via Stripe. If you refer a US or international client, commissions are paid in INR equivalent or USD, your choice.
No. Individuals, freelancers, and registered businesses can all join. For payouts above ₹50,000/year we'll ask for PAN details for TDS compliance. Below that threshold, no paperwork required.
Referral attribution is cookie-based, it tracks the last referral link clicked before signup. If they signed up before you joined the program, contact us with their email and we'll manually attribute them if they were your client introduction. We're reasonable about this.
